Trekfuxion after-sales support channels and warranty policy

Service Channels

Customers can first check product warranty period online before submitting claims.

Customers can submit products for claim at Trekfuxion headquarters service center or through the shop/dealer where the product was purchased. For faster processing, direct drop-off at headquarters is recommended.

If customers cannot visit in person, products can be sent to headquarters by post or logistics providers.

Product Service Conditions

  1. Products must remain in normal condition and must not have physical damage such as cracks, chips, bends, dents, burn marks, rust, or severe scratches.
  2. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or usage outside the product manual and care instructions, including excessive heat or humidity.
  3. Warranty labels, serial numbers, and factory stickers must remain complete, readable, and unmodified.
  4. Warranty does not cover damage from natural disasters, software or hardware modification, accidents, liquid damage, or unusual external factors.
  5. Products must not be modified, disassembled, repaired, or opened by unauthorized persons.

Repair and Replacement Conditions

  1. Repaired or replaced products keep warranty coverage for the remaining period of the original warranty.
  2. Estimated service period for Hard Disk, CPU, VGA, Memory, and Mainboard (when replacement stock is available) is 10-14 business days after Trekfuxion receives the item.
  3. For special by-order products or products requiring service by external centers, claim period depends on the responsible service provider.
  4. Replacement units are normally the same model. If unavailable, an equivalent replacement model will be provided.
  5. If a product is end-of-life (EOL) and no equivalent replacement is available, credit note (CN) refund will be calculated based on remaining warranty period.
  6. Customers should back up and remove important or confidential data before service. The company and representatives are not responsible for data loss during repair or replacement.

Notice

  1. Final consideration for replacement model, substitute model, or refund amount remains under company policy.
  2. Warranty terms and conditions may be updated without prior notice.
