In cases where data is not found in the system, the reasons are as follows:
The product serial number is incorrect. Please check "How to view the product serial number".

Or it is a product that has already been claimed. Customers can check the warranty by contacting the product claim department at 091-491-4915, press 2.

Corsair, Hisemi, Patriot RAM has a Lifetime warranty, meaning it will be warranted until the end of production. The information checked in the expiration date field will show the purchase date, which does not affect the RAM warranty.

Corsair dual band RAM, put a period "." between the serial numbers, if it doesn't show up, swap the serial numbers.

Galax graphics cards, the first letter of the serial number is an "O", either lowercase or uppercase.

HyperX products must use the serial number on the box and must be sent for claim with the box only.

Samsung SSDs should use the serial number on the box, but if you use the serial number on the SSD, you do not need to type the last letter to check the warranty.

Leadtek RTX 30 series products, if using the serial number on the box, cut off the first letter 1 character.

Products that have already been claimed cannot be checked for warranty online. Customers can send the serial number to the team for verification via Line: @ascenti or via inbox.
